RENEWABLE & SUSTAINABLE
We take toilet roll for granted but it has been estimated that 27,000 trees are cut down to make toilet paper per day. Bamboo Bobbi toilet paper is made from the world’s fastest-growing plant, naturally sustainable it can be harvested year after year.

PLASTIC
FREE
Bamboo Bobbi is completely plastic-free and all packaging is made from recycled materials. We don’t use fancy, wasteful packaging (why would we?) This only adds weight, and uses additional resources like water, bleach and inks. Plus it increases costs for customers.

CO2 SEQUESTRATION & OXYGEN PRODUCTION
On average bamboo produces over 35% more oxygen than trees and can absorb12 tonnes of CO2 per hectare per year.

NO
CHEMICALS
We don’t use any chemicals to make our products. Bamboo doesn’t need fertilisers or pesticides and we don’t bleach our toilet roll to make it look pretty.

FSC
CERTIFIED
Our bamboo is sustainably sourced in China growing in an FSC certified plantation, using sustainable processes and taking care of the rural farming communities.

AFFORESTATION
Working
with Climate Partner and The Rainforest Alliance our project in eastern Nicaragua has planted more than 1 million plants of a native species of giant clumping bamboo, covering 2,361 hectares while protecting an additional 1,000 hectares of old forest as a conservation
zone.

We take responsibility for our entire footprint, including the raw materials, production and disposal of the products we sell, we even account for the emissions created by people travelling to work. It’s important to distinguish between this and companies that claim neutrality by offsetting only their directly produced emissions, like their office energy and cars for example.
WE LEAVE NOTHING OUT!
